It is in honor of a deceased parent at a wedding with one of her recipes ok?
I'm getting married next year, and unfortunately, my mother has a terminal illness and probably will not be here by then. She is an incredible cook, and I'd like to me the honor of their wedding, making one of his recipes, the main course, and called "Janet's Chicken," (her name is Janet). Is this acceptable guests, or who are depressed or dispose? (The groom is not bad him).
This is an excellent idea! Plus it's your wedding and your bride. If I attended a wedding where the main dish was in honor of one of the parents of the bride / Boyfriend, I feel special for being included. Weddings are celebrations of love and union of two families. If your mother can not be there in physics, she will there in spirit. And what better way to honor her than by what they liked to do: cook.
