Why is it not illegal to hire a foreign model for a photo shoot when she does not have a U.S. work visa?
My understanding was that not allowed to employ any alien who has no proper authorization (work visa). So how is it possible for movie studios, photographers, porn studios and even hiring foreigners to travel to the U.S. to work?
There are certainly work visas available for foreign models, as there for athletes, artists, etc etc etc would be illegal to hire an illegal alien who a photo shoot, but would also be pretty stupid and unnecessary.
