Las Vegas - The Family Fantasyland
If you are looking for some fun things to do in Las Vegas with the family, keep in mind that Las Vegas is a city large lights, action and the feverish excitement. Most attractions have one, if not all, of these ingredients for Fun!
Zoo Nevada and Botanical Park is a great way to spend a day. While this is not the largest zoo in the world, is an ideal place to bring their children and visiting wildlife wild (well, kind of animals!). Some animals may even include chimpanzees (usually a hit with the little ones), emus, ostriches, kangaroos, and flamingos. You can also opt to take a full day tour or the ecology of the desert. These trips will give you great insight into the desert, while providing a rich educational experience disguised as fun for their children.
What would a visit to the Venetian Hotel and Casino without a gondola ride? For an authentic gondola experience you only have to travel as far as the Venetian Hotel and Casino. You will float under bridges as your gondolier serenades with the sounds of Venice. You can choose an inner journey or a gondola ride outdoors (weather permitting). The outdoor rides are a little cheaper, and more preferable when the weather is a bit on the cold side.
The indoor rides, of course, you can take at any time of year and provide some great photo shots because the authenticity of the surroundings. When the first company in the inland area, shops, canals and beautiful sunny blue sky are stunning and you have to look very closely at sky to realize you're still inside!
Children and families are welcome, but if you are traveling with your partner can choose a 2 passenger gondola for an additional fee, which could be more romantic? Reservations must be made in person, and can only be done on the same day you want take a gondola ride. Bookings open at 9 am for the inner journey, and 10 am for walking outdoors.
If you're in a round of golf with Tiger, sailing the seven seas with Captain Jack Sparrow, marry George Clooney, becoming a playboy bunny, or singing with the king, you will see some of the memories Hollywood bright living at Madame Tussauds, also located in the Venetian. An exhibition not to be missed - a guarantee of fun for the whole family and a massive boost to your photo album.
The casinos to recognize all the great advantage to take to families, and have been pioneers in many family-oriented activities with the hope of encouraging more people to return to the city. Rather obvious that if families can attend, you can open an enormous treasure of possibilities in being able to attract visitors.
This is, of course, just the tip of the iceberg. There is so much to do and see in Las Vegas, while catering to the adult participants of nerve and play, your address is changing to wrap to a more diverse visitor base.
Las Vegas is using its hypnotic and seductive charms to cast their nets more and, judging by the number of visitors explosives and their ever-changing human kaleidoscope, these charms are a great success with all who visit. Its pretty ironic really. I thought the term came from gambling addiction, but it seems to me, personally, is Las Vegas is addictive.
