Why could not turn my laptop Note: battery was charged and the AC power adapter connected?
My laptop froze suddenly, so I turned off and tried to turn on, but not to turn even though the battery was fully charged and was connected to the source external power through an adapter. Then when I removed the battery, the laptop began to function normally. Now I use the laptop without battery, using the external power supply. However, I do not know what happened here.
Buy a new battery. Specifications on the battery label. If the laptop is less than one year old and still be under warranty.
