digital video camera, can anyone help?
I am interested in buying a digital video camera to film and photograph. Is there a video camera that records MOVIE in the memory card. I know there are built in memory, but when it fills up, you need to empty PC. I want a camera which has a memory card for recording video which can be exchanged for a replacement card. Even so as a digital still photo camera. Is there a camera and out there for me?
Most modern camcorders have a hard drive and a memory stick. If you go for the Sony HDR-SR11E, you will 60GB hard drive and have the option of using Memory Stick Duo Media. Having these options makes the camcorder flexible. You can connect the camera in my computer via the USB port, or you can remove the media card and pop it into the card reader on your computer. This camera is expensive however, from $ 1500. A cheaper option could go for the Sony Handycam DCR-SR45E, which has a 30GB hard disk & a memory stick. This camcorder will cost around $ 600
