Led Pictures / art electricity / photos in frames with colored balloons!?
I want to know how to mount a "pic art LED 'in a frame. It's where you get a really cool image and place balloons here and there where there would be so light in the picture. I just want to know what is envolved, wiring base, power supply etc. and the position of all in the back. Information on switches and LEDs to pass through photo or staying behind. If so Do you have to darken all the bits in the back of the photo that I will not light? I would appreciate any feedback on 'LED art and electrical switchboards. Thanks
